You need to ZIP all the files that are built with the game, not just the .EXE file, otherwise the game doesn't run at all.

Heyo, I think you missed a file when uploading your game. I tried executing both the Windows and Linux versions on my machine and I got the same error about the missing .pck file:

I think this is a requirement for Godot made games - to either include it as a part of the executable during export or to include it alongside the executable.
