This is fun! Very simple gameplay with a fun twist. My only critique is I wish that zoomie mode felt more satisfying to use, like maybe if you had to repeatedly move around in a small circle rather than just immediately exploding when you get near your tail? Very well put together overall.

a bit fast paced but it fits the name and its pretty fun

This is a really charming and polished game!  I love how quick it is to start another round and that the music does not restart when you do so.  Great how to play screen, funny humor, awesome art!

The one tip I would give you to make this game a little better is I think common actions like catching the bone and barking at the squirrels only have one sound effect each.  Your game sounds really good, but identical SFX played often are noticeable.

When a common action is going to be repeated often, I try to have 2 or 3 different variations of the effect play at random.  However even if you only have one a nice trick to increase variety is to slightly modify the pitch by a random amount, most tools will let you do this!  I like to start at .95 - 1.05 of the pitch and see how that feels for the particular effect and adjust from there.  The slight variation helps the player not notice it's the same one or few sounds over and over again and makes the game feel a lot better even if they don't notice it consciously.

Awesome job!

Dog. very cool

Good-looking variation of Snake, but with a dog! Catching its own tail reminds me of the CatDog cartoon 😄

Really cute and creative spin on the original. Well done!

the squirrels are a fun addition to the gameplay loop of snake

for high score chasing i think it is optimal to just not go for zoomies so you can protect the house for longer, (since going far out for a treat is dangerous) perhaps if each zoomie gave a permanent increase in points/squirrel it would be more exponentially worth it. the zoomies are fun though, thats a pretty good reason to get them
