How does your game fit the theme?
Our game is directly inspired by "Groundhog Day" where players are trapped in a time loop that resets every time they die, run out of time, or pick up a power-up. Each loop starts fresh with a timer countdown, but power-ups are permanent across loops, allowing progressive improvement. The level preview system lets you scout and plan your route between loops, learning and optimizing with each attempt. The goal is to escape the time loop by finding the "Tasty Fish" - breaking free from the cycle.

I like the concept and  some of the game feel is pretty good, especially the combat effects. The controls are a bit slow and I found myself getting knocked down a pit a couple times which was a bit frustrating. I think it would help if the level was smaller since I have to play through it over and over. Overall though, a cool idea with decent execution!

Thanks! Yeah, I agree, a good level was something we didn't have time to design in the end. We were down to the minute to get it uploaded.

Good idea, however, the physics feel janky, and it can be a pain to control.

Awesome idea! The execution isn't the best, but it's a good start. (You need to add something so people can tell what they picked up.)

Oh yeah, there is a lot of quality of life that we would love to add. We were probably a little overambitious in the scope of the project. We had never worked together as a team before, and it was my first time in GODOT.  It was all good fun in the end.
