I must not play enough gacha games, I keep failing my dailies. Great idea, beautiful execution.
Endless gacha game dailies was one of the ideas my group thought of but didn't think we could actually make it. Cool that someone else did manage to make a game parodying gacha games. The concept and art is really nice. I couldn't really get a daily streak I think because the career minigame is kinda hard with mouse and wouldn't get marked as complete. I tried on phone but then the grass minigame couldn't be completed instead.
I understand that it's a satire, but I'm still not sure how to win the game or if it has an end goal. The point of the game seems to be to get characters from gacha pulls, but I got the pink girl from the pull several times and it didn't seem to change anything.
that's understandable! The game has star rarity and the pink haired girl was 3 star, we had a 5 star that shows up on the pull screen that we also have a counter on the main screen to track how many times you've gotten who is the one you're attempting to get.
Is the goal of the game to pull enough times to complete a collection of characters?
To get as many of the 5 stars specifically!

The amount of work that went into this seems insane to achieve in such a short time!! and I had a blast playing all the minigames and following the story! overall very cute and enjoyable and Got my gacha itch scratched haha. Congrats on submission!

I had a similar idea, but my partner in the jam didn't see the fun in it.
We saw this and you totally proved that it is a fun concept and the execution is great. Wish I could use keys for the rhythm game instead of mouse.
