Nice cool looking game, the gameplay loop is fun, and it is decently long. The only thing i found "bad", was the menu design, i think the upgrade one should have had a bit more color. But overall great game, I really liked it
Nice game. While I found the gameplay loop fun once I got the hang of it, I found the progression system and the colored spike things unclear and was left a bit confused.
Good luck in the jam
The game was design to be intentionally confusing, but I'm glad you found it fun nonetheless anyways!
The progress is too slow but the idea of the game is great!
Nice job!
Interesting game! I like the idea of "overspending" on the upgrade screen and how the game judges you for it. Unfortunately, I still don't quite understand how to play the game :( The tutorial says "Let bit go - no hurt" but I think I do need to catch the bits? When do I lose HP? The game needs to make those things more clear. And there were some technical issues, like dragging the game window instead the lens, and one time on the upgrade screen the game bought all the upgrades for me? Very weird.
Music got repetetive fast, but was fitting for the game. A few more juice GFX would go along way without needing much effort here. Overall, I liked it!
Thanks for the feedback! Most of the problems you faced were either a planned lack of clarity, or simply because the project was made and export with a Scratch-based code editor. Sorry that this game isn't very game jam-friendly, but I'm glad you decided to leave a comment.
While trying to grab the circle, sometime I would grab the game window itself.
Sorry for that! It's a strange bug with exporting projects from my Scratch-based editor.
