Interesting concept! I like the sense of claustrophobia and mess. It is a bit difficult to control what you pick up though.
If possible, please consider rating my game too.
I understand the basic idea and it's interesting. However, the graphic style still seems too prototype-like to me. I think the minimalist style is great for this type of game, but it would need some particle effects and maybe a change in the particle assets. Overall, great job.
Ohhh I lovee the way you interpreted the thematic! The artstyle is simple and cute, took me a while to get the hang of it, but once I got through it clicked. I liked shooting back the resources to the satellites and collecting the drops!
Fun little game, good job ^^
Really clever concept! Could use a bit more work, but overall I enjoyed it, especialy for a game done in such a short amount of time
Awesome for a first jam! Super easy to understand the premise, and when a satellite came asking for a different colour I went 'ah, so that's where it's going'!
If you worked on this more, would you consider adding either a little icon that shows which molecule you have next, or even a list that shows which you've collected in that order that it'll fire out? Nice entry :)
Cute little game! Good job for a first time game jam.
It took me a bit to understand what to do because I flung a particle too far in the tutorial but not far enough and it cause me to skip the tutorial. I I figure it out! It really fun and creative, altho I wish I could see what particle Im about to shoot off. Good job!
Really solid entry, especially for a first jam! Good Job!
Would've loved a small preview of the next element you can shoot. I kept forgetting what was coming up and had to just hope for the best.
For the first game gam it's very impressive. Love physics based movement of everything. Congrats!
Fun concept and honestly quite well executed for a game jam as well. It does feel a bit janky moving around the molecules, that is my only complaint. Good job!
Once I got the molecule combination mechanic I had a lot of fun! Impressive that this is your first game jam game, really cute and fun in many ways. Well done!
omg thank u!! :DDD
Hey that was great for a first game jam game! It took me a minute to get all the controls but eventually i had a lot of fun throwing around molecules and combining them together. Good job!
aaa tysmm :))) !! very glad you had fun with my game
Interesting gameplay :)
tyyy :)))
Very cool concept! Unfortunately it was buggy for me too. I think those bugs won't be difficult to fix though and it seems like a really fun mechanic to flesh out further.
tyy!! sorry about the bugs, but glad you found the main mechanic fun!! :DDD
We liked the core idea, but as the caveat with the tutorial prefaced, the buggyness of the game was a big distraction.
The core loop of combining elements to fill requirements, however, is clever and has a tonne of promise
We left a rating, - would love it if you could do the same!
Thank you!!! glad you enjoyed the mechanic, even if the game is really buggy XD
very addicting gameplay! cool game
tysm!! :DD
a cool idea for the them, super fun
tysm!! :D
the gameplay is really fun, i wish i could click on molecules to pick up certain ones, instead of pressing e and picking up the closest one.
noted! :) i wanted to add more chaos by taking away that choice but in retrospect it definitely made the game frustrating at times, thank u for the feedback!!
np! Also, if you want to keep that mechanic, it wouldn't hurt to have a little white outline indicator around the molecule that the player is going to pick up. It might be better than just clicking. I feel like accidentally pushing the molecules out of orbit when trying to pick them up is part of the gameplay
oh that's a really good idea!! thank you for the feedback!!! :DD i think that could keep the feeling of chaos in later levels while definitely providing more clarity for player choice, tyy :))))
I really like the main loop of the game, how it plays the combining mechanic was a twist I really enjoyed.
thank u!! im very proud of it :DD
I really like music and how the game is so relaxing! the molecule combining is also a fun mechanic, however once they start coming in huge amounts it gets way harder to manage and combine them.
Overall, love the game!
tysm :)) yeah, i didn't really have time to balance it further on lol, but glad you enjoyed it!! :D
