I finished the game in my first run, but tried again to see what might happen. I found it very amusing how upset the other person became. xD Nice game, keep it up!
thanks!
Such a fun, funny and interesting game. Love the whole idea
thank you!
Lool this made me chuckle. Nice one
🔥
Very cool. This is the most socialization I've had since the jam started
wait a minute... do you love weiners per chance???
I laughed out loud when the dude just pulled a gun on me after I pushed his buttons too hard.
I think this is a clever dialogue loop for your first game! It reminds me of Bandersnatch, in the Black Mirror universe. You should check that out if you haven't! It's fun to learn about how characters behave in a variety of situations at the same point in time.
There are a few typos, but that's not a big deal. I would have loved to see some more complexity in shaping the conversation! It seems like there's a "right" and "wrong" answer to most "storylines" (like the invitation to the park, or the birthday gift, etc), and then you move on to the next one if you don't get shot in the head. It would be cool for the decisions to have longer term effects and special endings for different combinations!
Great work on submitting your first game!
thanks for the feedback! I will maybe update the game in the future
Poor guy just wants a friend :(
hahaha
Fun idea and implementation, made me wanna play many times just to see different ways to piss off the other character!
thank you! glad you enjoyed it!
I'll say it again, I laughed my ass off.
hat's off to you
thank you!
survied the first time so i didn’t get the game but i played it again. I had to laught so hard when he pulled
thank you for the feedback!
What a game! Such a silly experience and right up my street it did exactly what it need to do and made me laugh along the way which I can't complain about. My absolute tiny gripe is that I didn't realise the game had began when it did so the characters were just bobbing up and down whilst I was waiting for something/anything to happen. Once I got round my own stupidity though it was really fun and I actually 'lol'ed' when I got shot for the first time so, yeah, thanks for that!
haha, thank you for the feedback. glad you liked it!
Pretty cool, I tried some options at first and then seeing that when you dont choose anything it chooses at random I let it play for the whole thing and won the game. Was a nice experiment! :D
thank you!
That timer made me nervous haha, Fun dialogues!
thank youu!
Nice and simple story game!
thanks you!
cool idea, nice work
thank you very much!
Surprisingly fun. No idea why.
haha, thanks!
Really fun idea, would love it to go on for longer
thank you!
Very original idea.
thank you so much!
Nice experiment with the timed dialog options. And a nice first jam game! What you could do to make it even better are some more options or alternative ways to interact with people. And more people could be nice, so the plot could be even thicker.
yeah tought about that too, but in the end the jam was too short :( thanks for your feedback!
Cool concept, but I think when you didn’t speak, he must ask why I don’t speak, and then go away :)
Cool dialogue experiment, although wished we got to see what happens at the amusement park!
that was also my idea at first but due to time crunches and a lot of small bugs i didnt get to implement it. i will see if i update the game in the future! thanks for the feedback!
