Nice Game man love it!

I loved the atmosphere and the core mechanic is pretty cool. I do agree with other comments that maybe you could build on it to involve learning some in game mechanics rather than just controls. Also FYI in case you want to keep working on it after the jam, it looks like there is a bug with the music chest in the upper right corner where you can collect that one shape multiple times by moving in and out of the box.

Thanks for the detailed review! I guess I thought something was off with the music chest since I had 4 keys once when playtesting, but I decided to ignore it since I couldn’t really recreate it in any way. So I appreciate you pointing that out a lot 🙏

The visual style was very cozy and cute, and it was interesting.

cute little game -_-

This game and artstyle is super cute! The looping reminds me of the game Minit in a good way. The information involving keys on my keyboard to press and hold feels a little arbitrary, but it was enjoyable to learn how to pass obstacles.

Thanks for the review! I especially appreciate the feedback on keyboard press stuff, since it is a bit raw after all and I could definitely work on that.

I actually thought of minit while designing the stage! Thank you very much
