How does your game fit the theme?
The loop in our game is the three form of the Phoenix. The user can switch from Egg, to Bird and to Ash.

Spear thing looked like a ladder at first. decent game, but when you short jump I feel like gravity is too strong
I loved the form-cycling! Personally not a fan of 2D keyboard controls either, so remapping is a good idea as you mentioned below. So I didn't get very far due to my poor platforming skills, but I appreciate the puzzle-solving parts of trying to figure out what to do!
While I did not have much fun playing the game (i get frustrated easily in 2d platformers) I like the theme and idea and would love to see it expanded upon

Maybe a reason you get frustrated by 2D platformers is because they are mostly designed to be played with a controller (I get frustrated too, playing them with keyboard). We will consider, in the future, trying more keyboard layouts, or input remapping to minimize any possible frustration caused by the controls.
I'd have liked the dash to default foreward instead of nowhere at all. otherwise lovely artstyle and a great concept

I love the theme, and gameplay. Only thing I'd love more is for more uses for each form, and some puzzles that require fast switching.

Ooooh, I love how you incorporated narrative into the overall platforming experience. Transforming into the egg to rocket off that ramp was deeelightful~. Love the art style, will def be returning to this one to play into deeper levels later!
