How does your game fit the theme?
Replay Rally embodies the "Loop" theme through its core temporal feedback mechanic where each 30-second generation records player movements and replays them as the AI opponent, creating an ever-evolving challenge where you literally face your past selves. The game reinforces this with an 8-beat musical loop, visual ghost trails, and a difficulty feedback loop where self-improvement directly increases challenge.

It took me a few "generations" to realize the goal was not to get the ball beyond the opponent (ie, past me), but to keep the ball going back and forth. Once that became clear, the experience completely changed! I wonder if 30s is a bit too long for each "recording" though - just a thought!
This is an extremely clever idea! I do wish there was some expected trajectory of the ball I could observe while it was moving to better predict how to build a rally, but I loved having to collaborate with my past self regardless. Didn't realize there was still more mileage to pong. Nicely done!
Really cool concept!
This is a super cool idea! I would love a little more incentive to move my paddle in one direction versus another.
Fun concept but easy to cheese
I definitely spent too long trying to beat my "opponent" before I realized I was supposed to work with it-- and then it became a tricky puzzle game. I really like the concept; well done!
This is a super cool concept for a game! I had a little difficulty getting the hang of it, but I think that's just user error.
I loved the unique concept but it was too challenging for me. Well Done!
A well executed game, but I don’t think the concept works in terms of gameplay. In Pong, the strategies for optimally catching the incoming ball and optimally sending it off can be different, which makes this game eminently cheesable. I was able to stay in the middle 3rd of my lane, and consistently send balls to the upper 3rd, so my opponent never got any better at catching balls as the generations went by.
Thanks for making this. This is the most difficult game I've played so far in the jam. This is my kryptonite.
