This is some top tier new grounds work here and I am so glad I found it. I couldn't tell if the fact you could still fail after completing a level was intentionally trolly or just a bug but either way I both hate and love you for implementing it. This was a fun one! Also, I just saw that your assets say that you used a 'Clock tick' sound. I don't know what kind of clocks you have in your neck of the words, but where I come from that was no clock sound!!

That was really nice! I expected to quit after a few levels but made it all the way through. The forgiving hitboxes(although I wish the hitbox was in the middle instead of at the bottom, that would be more intuitive) and the narration really tie the experience together

It reminded me of the old flash game with a screamer. Good thing there is none here. :D I love the sound effect when you fail. :D

Developer

hahaha I know I was dying for fun xD

A little bit hard, but so funny!

Developer

Thanks :)

VERY ADDICTING! I LOVED IT!

Developer

THANK YOU :))))

Simple but fun, I found it a bit hard, but I can't really be complaining

Developer

xD simple, fun, and hard... sounds good :D

Love the simplistic artstyle, haven't seen this idea be executed on this jam, love the music choice for this game, really fitting!

Developer

:3 thanks for the feedback, happy you enjoyed the game!

This was such a simple game and a lot more fun than I was expecting. I managed to finish it even though I was about to quit after it asked me to do the loop in 10 seconds (before even trying), because it felt like there wasn't going to be anything new to keep me hooked but I was proven wrong

Developer

I was worried the dark part would be too tough for most people xD

I MADE IT! This is a great example of squeezing fun out of something super small and simple. Excellent aim trainer too tbh.

Thanks for playing and commenting :) I appreciate it xD glad you enjoyed it

This is so simple but actually very creative xD Its infuriating and the dark section got me haha.

Developer

Thank you for playing :)

I was waiting for the jump scare xD I really enjoyed it

Developer

hehe thanks I was actually thinking about adding one xD

I liked it, really nice and simple idea, reminds me a lot of those super hard browser games where you need to maneuver a crazy amount of deadly obstacles to reach the end of the level. Although the sound effects were questionable... ;) (BTW I think I cheated by playing with a tablet and a pen)

Developer(+1)

xD easy mode - I don't blame you it was tough! I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Very simple but great.

Developer

Thank you :3

I don't think this was made to be played on a trackpad :p Still had a lot of fun, the difficulty was high though. I don't know if it was my skill or these hitboxes but damn... Sadly it was too addicting :p Nice job!

Developer

Thanks xDDD trackpad would've been an extreamly difficult for sure. You're wild for that!

That second level is gonna give me nightmares, I have to say, difficulty aside, this is one of those ideas that you wonder why you haven't seen before. Great game even if it did make me want to smash my computer on a couple of occasions!

xD thank you ! it definelty gives old flash game vibes right? :3

Pretty good game, with a surprisingly addictive gameplay loop, it serves as an infinitely superior version of those metal loop around a tube games. Though the choice to make the cube you drag seemingly exist in a quasi-3D space was odd at first, it did feel much more intuitive as the game progressed. The level variety was a bit lacking in layout, but it did provide with the slew of unique challenges added on. I will say, I think the light could be stretched out a bit more vertically in the dark levels, since as is it is very easy to accidentally bump into a wall far before you see it. Other than that, a pretty fun game, while it lasts.

Developer

Yeah xD it plays like a game that was thrown together in 3 days right hehe.
That was my exact idea when I started, I wanted a game that felt like those old metal loop around tube games, so I'm happy you made that distinction. The repeated levels was also part of the "loop" theme too so it was a double edged idea, I knew it would be lacking variety so I made the game short with some challenge. I appreciate the feedback :) Thank you
