The art in this is very charming, hope to see more of this game! could imagine this as a commercial product, as I love me some good puzzles! If you could check out our puzzle game too we'd appreciate your feedback! Anyway well done!
Enjoyed it a lot! Bug note: you can keep scrolling past the border, and it counts the value even though the camera isn't moving, so you have to hold the scroll back as much time--I thought I'd broken it at first. I didn't realize I had a time limit and was juuuuuust a day or two too slow, I am sad I didn't get to see the boss battle! Would also like zoom and more speed!
Great jam game and amazing base for full game with great potential!
Keep working on it and tag me when you gonna for release on steam)
A 20 dollar version of this would wreck my productivity, this is incredible! Great job on all fronts.
Wow, we've had a similar idea for a game, but ultimately didn't thought about it far enough! Crafting longer and longer road definetly feels rewarding, and avoiding enemies quite interesting. Cool game! This concept has a lot of potential, if given a lot of polish.
The ui feels a little bit wonky, but it's functional. x3 speedup is a must, I think I would prefer even more speed.
Did you consider not destroying the roads the player already made in previous round? Was kinda expecting that aha
Really enjoyed this game! I wish there was a way to zoom in and out, it felt a bit much dragging the camera in the later part of the game. But I would say it feels very nice to play, very intuitive and nicely polished :)
super fun and creative game! i just wish the boss fight wass more special and maybe a way to see how strong enemmies are before engagingg them as it can be frustrating when you just start aand nnott ssure what you can or cannnot kill and you have to restart, otherwise SUPER FUN!
Very cool idea and the game looks and feel really polish, the music is cool too, awsome job! feels a little hard the first runs and on late game everything feels really far, but great overall.
Awesome game, well done on getting this done over the jam! I think the mechanics here are a nearly perfect implementation of the theme and had a blast playing this!
I managed to win in like 16 days. This is an amazing game, it's probably one of my favourites so far. I also don't see an issue with the balance at all. I don't think it's possible to win on the first playthrough without understanding the game but I don't think that's needed.
Some slight QoL could have made this feel so much more polished like being able to delete mid-path, or indicators as others have mentioned. But please don't think that these made the game much worse, I really hope this game gets showcased.
Your game has a huge potential! I really like the aesthetic, music and mechanics. The CRT filter is also a big plus! One of my favorites so far
This mechanic is way more fun than it sounds like it is.
It's also really obvious that you put a lot of love into this, with all the different game systems and enemy types.
My only piece of feedback is that the world is a bit too big.
I really want the satisfaction of attempting the boss; but it doesn't look like I'll get there.
If I dumped all resources into roads, I could probably make it; but then I'd definitely die in 1 hit.
If I mined everything on the map, I assume I would be strong enough; but I also assume we lose after 25 days?
So, I don't think there's time to do that.
I'm going to bookmark this one.
Let me know if you update it after the jam, because I'll want to try the new version!
This one is a winner! Really enjoyed the idea, I spent quite some time playing it, and I can see how it can evolve in the future. I encourage the developer to think about a full release. Great job!
I enjoyed this game. This is a really great foundation for a bigger game, I can image so many possibilities with upgrades, road types, moving monsters, ect. A fun little mix between idler game and puzzle solving.
