Love the vibrant colors, your pixel art work is really good! Sorry you didn't get to finish the full game loop in time, but what you have so far seems like a solid idea. I could see myself really enjoying taking care of my little buds and having to choose between when to save, sell, and eat. Hope you develop things further and got to learn a lot during the jam! My family got 5 chickens this year and this game gave me a big grin: obviously this is a prototype and you haven't built out all the systems yet, but the vibe is very chill and the art style is adorable. Definitely something to keep working on, if you're interested. :) 

Based on your description and my short try playing it I'm assuming there is no game at the moment. The art style and the music are pretty nice. I especially like what I assume is the chicken coup

The game looks great ! Couldn't get the gameloop to work but the finished game could be fun.

The art style is super cute! I was a bit confused about the goal though—wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to do. A short tutorial level could really help clarify things.

I caant play the game. The idea is cool, but im unaable to understand what to do.

I did pick up the egg and scatter food on the floor, but I didn't understand anything else and couldn't do anything, and the days pass by :(

Don't worry, you're not the only one to submit a game to the jam with the theme 'loop' without a game loop XD I really like the vision you were going for and the art is very nice! Some sort of farming roguelike type game where you hatch sell and eat chickens would go pretty hard :D My game is also just the mechanics without a working progression yet, but if you decide to check it out I'd be glad for any feedback! :D
