This is a super innovative take on a Tower Defense game! I loved trying to make the most strategic route while making sure I had enough money. Unfortunately don't really see a use of the limitation and some health bars for the enemies would've been nice, but other than that great job!

Yeah, i really screwed up the limitation here, I was waiting to get certain direction from it, but unfortunately, for me "pocket-sized" means almost nothing, so i was like: "Bruh, here goes the most overused genre ever"

Nice! I think this game has a cool approach to the tower defence genre by having the player set the path for the waves beforehand and have that pathing also influence initial cost. That's a very innovative idea and definitely one that could sustain an entire tower defence series of games. I found it very addictive! The towers have a nice balance between the pea shooters, snipers and flamethrowers, as do the enemies, which have their own amusingly varied approach. I think it's really tricky to balance a TD game and found at times that the waves were just too much even with the economy that scales over time. Maybe upgradeable towers could be a way of players thinking about how to use their best spots most efficiently? Enjoyed this a lot from start to finish. Great work!

Gotta, say I love this game a lot. I feel like you guys probably had more ideas of like showing how many waves you’re on but didn’t get to complete it.

Love the cute sprites, concept, mechanics are great! Great job on this and I wish you luck on the game jam!

A very quirky tower defense! Such a cool idea! I liked it!

Digging and Tower defense, felt like a nice 2 for 1 package.  Easy to get into and enjoy.
Felt like the Difficulty curve was on point as well.

Очень классная игрушкааааа

The idea to dig is cool! I really wish you went a bit deeper with it. You only have to dig once at start, then it’s a normal tower defense? I wish there was different rounds where you can dig again for resources, or change the path.

However I’m sorry, but for me the limitation is not there. Everyone is doing small games, it’s the whole idea of a game jam. You decided to ignore/overlook it, and I think it’s too bad because you’re showing you can have great ideas!

Played until the entire wave is made of dark owls, 2 times. Couldn’t get past this wave. Thanks for making it :)

Yeah, originally there was an idea to make some kind of rockfall to block current path and force player to dig a new one, but, however i'm not that good at making stuff quick
