Fun concept! I really like the combination of artwork and audio. Playing against your shadow is a fun idea, I like the fact of programming my moves so I don't get "spooked". Controls are kind of annoying, they took some of the enjoyment out for me, the movement is too slippery, especially in this case where I wanted some precision. Still very enjoyable, but a bit of frustration when levels get harder.
Record your shadow so cool !
Fun platformer, good job!
a really good one, but controls impact was bad for especially for jumps and it ruined my experience
anything else is well polished
amazing! Already gave my opinion on the itch page. PLEASE ADD AIR CONTROL, LEVEL 4 IS A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!
I liked this, it was a more classic take on the corpse run/after-image idea some other games had. I did feel that the difficulty scaling was pretty punishing as the controls are very loose. Great execution for a jam game!
I've seen similar concepts but this one is one of the best I've seen here. It's really fun, and I remember thinking, after dying the millionth time: "I really wanna blame the game, but in this game you can really only blame yourself. " That is until I got to level 3. I think the platforming in the beginning of that level is too hard. The difficulty of this game should come solely from the ghosts chasing you, no need to make the platforming punishing as well. Other than that though, I think it's one of the best games in this jam. I definitely kept playing and playing even though I kept dying and dying. I guess that's a good sign!
while i didnt plan on making the platforming hard, it kinda became hard as i messed up the physics when fixing a wall related bug. The ghosts still offer a challange, especially on the last part of level 3 😅 infact a lot of levels still have you thinking of your moves and not that much platforming (expect for level 4)
Oh yeah for sure, I'm not saying the ghosts arent a challenge. They definitely are, trust me, I know with how many times I died 😅. What I meant to say was that platforming shouldn't be this hard if the ghosts are already hard. But yeah, great game! Would be great if you could rate my game too! :)
Super fun and good idea! It's really polished aswel!
Really fun and colourful!
This interesting game reminds me of UVSU. Very polished art style and audio. Would be better if the petals are randomly spawn in the level. The character moves a bit too fast and it is too difficult for me to beat level 2. Still, I enjoy playing it so much!
Interesting idea and art! Really loved it :)
This is a tricky one! Kind of rage inducing for me haha, I think I need to get good.
Great concept, enjoyed the vibes.
It took me forever to beat it, but it was really fun! I would buy this!
This game has a very cool vibe to it. The controls are somewhat something to get used to initially though but the learning process makes it fun.
Loved the SFX! Really hard but the gameplay loop is fun and has a lot of legs. Great job!
def one of the more creative ones also the artstyle and music well done you do not know how many times i have done a jiggle peek and regretted it moments later when it spanwed another one doing the same thing.
The jump feel a little floaty. I liked the hand animation at the start.
Cute and simple pixel artstyle, love it, also nice idea with the loops. Sadly couldn't complete the game, controls too floaty (copium and skill issue). Great job!
This was sick! I like difficult platformers, so I had a great time with this. I dig the simple graphics, they definitely have a "style" even though there's not a ton going on. Instantly thought of the Badeline sequences in Celeste. The ghosts definitely contribute the most to making this difficult, but I think missing inputs and slippery floors ended up killing me the most. This would probably be even more fun with some coyote time
