Judge feedback

For a game made within the time constraints of the jam, this is extremely content rich! Your GDD does a good job at explaining the game's structure but I would've liked to see more notes on inspiration, theme interpretation, and the development process. This game is extremely fun to play. Especially when I unlocked the parry, I pretty much only wanted to parry things from then onwards. The little visual hint it gives you and the audio feedback when you parry, it feels so polished and rewarding I couldn't stop doing it. This is extremely well designed! The music despite its short length doesn't feel repetitive which is a hard mark to hit. What felt a little odd is that there's no feedback other than the spinny animation when you die which felt a bit jarring in contrast to the rest of the game. I also would like to see some indication other than your shield bar to see that your shield is running low, because often I'm looking at the environment around me, not myself, and then I don't see how much shield I have left. Other than that this game makes due with simple graphics, is extremely content rich and feels really polished! Good job!

Summarize your game!
Only one hp, only one shield, and only one button game.
Please explain how your game fits the theme.
Like the summary,
i was thinking about a game with only one skill, and it was shield up skill.
But even though its simplicity, i though it could be more various if the timing of the using skill affects the game.
Is there anything you'd like the judges to pay particular attention to?
there are plenty of things you can unlock with boss tokens. it changes the game play
