Hard to get into but felt really rewarding when you did, even though i didnt complete it (because of lag problems) probably one of the jam games i put the most time into. Only problem i noticed was that sometimes there where just random explosions happening, but I probably just didnt understand a game mechanic. Probably gonna try to beat the game when im on a better computer again.

You might've encountered one of the two shooter enemies, or have bought infectionade which creates explosions in exploded enemies. Hope you end up finishing it
I revived and nothing seemed to be happening. I guess I don't really understand the game objective. Unfortunate, because I was quite excited when I saw the skill tree.
Could you describe what you did in the game?
Try doing exactly what happens in the gameplay video and if you still can't see any enemies, and you're on the web version, try the executable too.
Had a hard time understanding things at first, but concept is fun. the fact that your aim is also your dash direction makes things interesting. The dash cool down upgrades make the game feel so much better in my opinion. Great game overall!

Thanks for the advice, I'd tried to add some tutorial text to the beginning to say something like, go up, but I never properly implemented it. Next time I'll try take that into consideration
I did not get any enemies? Multiple loops but nothing

I've had other people run the game perfectly fine, so it might just be your machine. If you can't run the executable I don't think i can do anything.
Also, have you tried following the gameplay video
It becomes really fun once you start to get the hang of things! Kinda wonder how powerful I could become with all upgrades hahah
