Very fun to explore about, and findin those collectables was really cool - i think it might be a bit harsh to reset everything upon death, as havin to go back and get collectables or talk to the rabbit again to get back in the pc is quite tedious.
Cutscene was quite cool, and looking about and seeing the little coin things in the distance showed me were i should be going!
Thanks for playing through the game :).
I agree with you. There was supposed to be a checkpoint system, but we simply didn't have enough time to get rid of some bugs associated with it.
better than paper mario
pretty fun i didnt know how to turn the pc off so i couldnt finish the game though :(
<3
You did a really good job out here!
Unfortunately, I faced a few things that were not working, so I couldn't get to the ending, but, as a fellow gamejammer, I understand the struggles of the set time limit. It was an enjoyable experience nonetheless! Finding those little collectables really tickled my brain for some reason (In a positive way!)
And I reeally enjoyed the vibe and all the little details that are sprawled around the map! That carpet alone sent my nostalgia go brrrr! Was fun to see how the gameplay was integrated in the mundane things we use all the time
Hiya!
First of all, thanks for checking out our game — it really means a lot to us.
Do you mind telling us which things weren't working? I literally just played through the whole game from start to finish a moment ago while collecting everything to make sure I didn't miss anything, but I couldn't find any issues (aside from the floating cutscene battery and glitched enemy navmesh)
Thanks in advance! :)
Really awesome game, I remember having a carpet just like the one in the game
(also I love the trans flag on the wall :3)
Thanks for playing, glad you enjoyed it :).
PS: Those carpets are cool as heck 8).
Awsome little experience, it really shows that some work went into it!
I like the gameplay (the physics would need some polish it it's just details, it was nice!)
The level design is cool, despite being sometimes quite definitly, some jumping sections where hard. The combat feels good with some feedbacks.
I didn't found the cheese for the rat, but I found a spinning mario 64 so I was happy
Well done!
The cheese you mentioned "might" be connected to the castle in the corner, I guess we overestimated what the avg player would path towards ^^.
Anyhow, thanks for playing the game and glad you enjoyed it :).
I thought about it, but the jump with the orb was super hard x) so I gave up after some tries and looked in other places x)
Ahh, gotcha :)
This was super cool! Loved the little details like the game jam page being up on the computer. Controls actually felt really good, I found myself really enjoying double jumping and dashing all over the place. At some point I think I either ran out of time or died? But I'm not actually sure. But this is really cool!
Thanks for playing ! The thing you're talking about is definitely a bug we missed, since you should just respawn. Back to coding i guess, haha.
EDIT: Everything (we know of) is ironed out as of right now :).
