Despite the jank, there's a bit of charm here, nice work!
For a first game jam, congratulations on completing it. In the project settings in Godot, you can set the size of viewport under display-> window. I find the stretch mode set to "canvas_items" helps ui elements to stay in the correct place in the viewport. Good job (^_^)
Thank you!
I think I got stuck on the first level, but it was fun and the slowing time effect is beautiful! nice game!
Thanks!
The art looks good, but there is no explanation what to do. I collected 5 keys (frog told me to collect only 3) and nothing happend. Im not sure what to do, or how to continue the game. Enemy hitboxes also felt bit janky and I lacked sounds or music, but its not bad for your first game jam. :)
Yeah it was definitely very janky. Thanks for playing!
I love the art in this game, would like to see how this game ends up later ;)
Hey!
You're game was a bit laggy and the view port was not right i think, i didn't really get what to do but it's a great start! The idea looks nice :)
I'd love it if you could try our game too and let us know what you think. Have a great day !
Yeah, it was a bit laggy and I had no idea what to set the view port at. I think I attempted too much and didn't really have time to explain anything. Thanks for the comment! I also tried your game, it was pretty cool.
