I made everything, which isn't much and certainly wasn't enough.

If you go outside the screen on the left, you don't change rooms. The character disappears and it's hard to make it come back.

Has potential - also can't seem to make it past the front door. I like the opening where you walk your character out of the instructions/controls - it's a nice touch.

Check out my friend's game if you have time https://excalibur277.itch.io/tasks-of-the-spell-looper :)

Refreshed multiple times, mashed every button, and still couldn't pass the first orange door(?)

Yeah, I built the game for Linux and didn't know I would need a Windows exe to submit, so with like 2 hours left I went back in and tried to refactor for HTML5 but just ran out of time.

Unfortunately a lot of the collisions don'tget detected, so the doors that unlock when you walk up to them don't work.

It is a fun game, if ugly and dead silent, but I do find myself going back to it as a time killer, and my brother has asked to play it a few times, so that makes me feel better about how it all went down.
