I had way too much fun playing this! This is probably the best entry I've seen yet, and I can't say enough. I absolutely love the art, the music fits so well, and the gameplay is smooth up until you get an error message late in the game. This is probably the most amount of time I've spent playing any game this game jam! Hope to maybe see a full release!

I don't know how much adherence to the theme this game get, but man the game feel amazing. The artstyle, audio choice, and the quirky animation make the game a good fun to play.
One minor issue is that each "dude" types is not clearly explain (maybe that is intentional), and I don't really know why my ninja dies so fast.
Just check their profile, they are experienced game developer. No wonder why the game feel so polished and beautiful.
The best game on the jam, in my opinion. Great graphics and music, and juicy gameplay. It's not far from a full-fledged game. I'd love to play the full version. There's just one minor issue: I wanted to max out the game, and there's a problem with the base stats of the dudes. When I max out any stat, the game always crashes. If it weren't for that, I would definitely max out the game, because where else can you fight 2,500 dudes. I have to admit, though, that fight is more like a slideshow XD

Re: the Crash - it turns out if you max enough upgrades that the shop can't pull 4 in total unmaxxed upgrades then it'll crash. Bummer that it snuck into the build in the end, but with that knowledge we've managed to get to about Round 80 and the decimation of 2700 toddlers 😅
The graphics and juice are insane! Also the UI is fire 🔥Liked the decision-making aspect
