The presentation is right up my alley, I love it!
The gameplay is maybe a bit too simple, but that doesn't detract from the fun I had with it. It'd be nice if there were some different moves apart from the regular punch. But, we are talking about a game jam, so everything is understandable :D Great effort to make this such a crisp and enjoyable experience. :)

Man this was so punchy and fun. Graphics, art, sound all play together nicely, the glove is so fun and interesting to control; and I especially love the transitions between levels happening seamlessly. Incredible stuff, feels straight out of an arcade!

Fun game! The audio and visuals give a nice retro feel and getting the boxing glove to hit stuff is satisfying. Sometimes I missed a reactor and had to wait a while for it to appear agian, whould be nice to have some kind of speed up.

Whoops... I did think of the issue with having to wait for the reactors to circle around. I just didn't think to communicate it. 🫣 If you move all the way right planets rotation will speed up a bit. 😊
The art and audio is so good, fun game overall, aiming the punch is kind of dicey tho.

Once you get the hang of using the momentum to throw punches it gets very satisfying. 😉
By planet 4 things were starting to get dicey. Just really well done fun concept. That is a fun game to play. Would have loved either points for destruction and maybe new gloves. (like a spike ball to drag along the ground for a bit). Were the planets random or on an actual predesigned setup.?
Good ideas! The amount of lasers and rockets scale linearly with the planet number, but their placement on the planet is randomized each run. The color of the planets and the cloud/ocean patterns also gets randomized.
