It was really hard moving inside the loops with the arrow keys. If it were smoother, perhaps using mouse control, this might feel a bit better. Also the music gets repetitive after a little bit. This looks like one of those mobile game ads, which have a lot of appeal, so I would think about releasing it (pretty much as it is) on mobile.
Thank you for your feedback. I will take it into consideration if I make any changes to the game in the future :)
quite addictive! nice idea, but got a little bit tired at the end lol
Thanks :D
Great work! Super addictive!
Thanks :D
i love this! great work!
Thank you :D
Fun lil game :)
Thanks :D
Fun game! Short and sweet, and super difficult! Jumping with the space button would be better in my opinion but that's not really an issue.
I agree with you that jumping with the spacebar would be better, I unnecessarily added the option to move backwards, which is why you use the WSAD or arrow keys to move. Thank you for your feedback :)
it was a crazy game. It was fun to play, but lot of patience is needed
Thank you :D
The movement method is a little bit hard to get used to, maybe changing up to space would be better, but this is a good game:)
It probably would. I unnecessarily added the option to move backwards, which is why you use the WSAD or arrow keys to move. Thank you for your feedback :D
Interesting idea and great execution, if a bit punishing at times
Thanks :D
Clever! I found it a bit unforgiving to reset the whole game from one mistake. Perhaps there could be a soft reset to the beginning of the level at the cost of a life or something, and earn more lives by completing levels! It's such a simple but fun concept though!
I agree with you that having to start the game over after a single mistake may be a bit too harsh, but I wanted the game to be challenging. Thank you for your feedback :D
Great job. I really like this game. It is easy to understand and play, but also challenging.
Thanks :D
I always love playing an abstract game jam game with a very well executed main mechanic! The game was very fun!
Thanks :D
I've never played Frogger, but I love grinding out the Crossy Road machines at arcades, so this was fun for me. Although, I mostly kept trying to escape from the top because the controls felt slightly confusing when trying to leave from a different direction. But overall, it's a fun, simple game.
Thanks :D
moving l/r makes my brain explode :) did you test what would happen if you rotate the world instead of the player on l/r?
I didn't test that, because I hadn't thought about it, but it's an interesting idea. Thank you for your feedback :)
Pretty fun!
Thanks :D
