The core mechanic of the game requires the player uses a grapple hook to loop around hooks in order to climb himself higher.

hi, this game is so fun and the swinging mechanics are quite satisfying, just a little hard to learn and it took quite a while to get used to the controls. Imo there are too many actions, i think simplifying the learning curve for the player could make it easier to get good with the movement and you could also focus on making maybe one or two actions fell really good. otherwise fun and interesting mechanics!
i actually made a very similar game for my submission, about swinging the Incy Wincy Spider up the water spout using the same grapple mechanic. if you have the time i'd really appreciate it if you could check it out and give some feedback, its my first game jam and im trying to get better! /jam/gmtk-2025/rate/3780834

Cool idea, I like the swinging mechanic, but it's not too polished, the attacking of enemies needs more work to be accurate and easier.
