I only last 70 seconds… This prototype is simple but I like a lot this kind of games, so I know the potential it has if you go for an incremental game (spend points, resources… to level up life, shield, weapon, rate of fire, enemies speed, life or spawn time, defense drones… There are a looot of aspects to work with hehe.

Nice job! Very cool one here.

Cute little simple game, I liked it! Game does get harder at around 1 min and 30 seconds, good job!

Developer

Thank you, I'm glad you liked it. I actually capped the spawn rate to max out at 60 seconds

Nice and simple game idea with a good execution. Nice submission!

Developer

Thank you, I figured I'd keep it simple to allow more adaptability for next two stages

I got to 120 seconds. The wiggly enemy is an interesting choice - I like it. Good arcade game.

Developer

Better than me at my own game lol. Most of my test runs ended at about 80-90

Straightforward and playable, definitely seems like a good base to build off of in the followup jams :) Those waggling rectangles have personality. They kept murdering me but it's nice to have unique enemy types.

Yea as much as I wanted to add more gameplay to it I figured I'd be best off not going completely overboard since it's still gotta stay adaptable. And apologies for the rectangles, I may or may not have tried to come up with the most irritating enemy type so glad to see I got it right 😂
