This is such a cool concept and very well done! I did not enjoy the tight time limit too much, but I guess some challenge needed to be added! Overall really cool!
I some screenshots and a thumbnail/title image would have really helped this game, it should have far more reviews :)

I think the game is really cute and has great bones. The biggest problem is the fact that controls seem to invert on every other action. While this could have been a cool, intended feature that added to the puzzle element of the game, it comes off mostly as confusing since the arrows don't reflect this change. Besides this bug, the game is very cool and has some opportunities to do interesting things. Controller scramblers could be an interesting addition, but time will tell where this project heads.

Start, Settings, ReturnVery good progression for a short game. It turned very enjoyable when I realized there was a time limit. Moving with looping controls is one thing. Having to do it with a time limit requires some strategy and thinking

Comfort ZoneCan you maybe post a short explanation how the game works - I am unsure how to influence which controls are taken? They are looping but always go in the same circle, so whats my influence as a gamer on the controls?

Welcome to looped controls game, a fast-paced puzzle-action game built for the "Loop" themed game jam! Your controls aren’t what they seem , every press changes everything!
How the Looping Controls Work
- Press Right Arrow → Your character moves Right.
- Press Right Arrow again → Your character moves Up.
- Press it again → Left.
- Again → Down.
- And back to Right...
Every direction loops, turning each step into a mental challenge. You’ll need to think ahead ...... or embrace the chaos!
Power-ups
- Crystal – Adds +5 seconds to your timer. Perfect for staying in the game longer and chasing higher scores!
- Purple Potion – Grants a shield charge. With shields, you can step on dangerous cells safely without dying.
- Blue Potion – Freezes the control loop for your next 3 moves, locking the directions so you can move normally for a short time.
