I really relate to this one because I am always losing my keys and it makes me feel like a bloop.
i think its one of cutest games that I have played during this jam nice job man
I think it's a neat concept but I struggled to understand how the colors work and what the color map in the UI meant. I was able to beat the game without really engaging much with the core mechanic. Solid entry though, I enjoyed it! VOD here and thanks for submitting to my stream!
First of all thanks for playing! I saw you play it on stream and felt like hiding under a rug or something. I can see how the mechanic would be hard to understand without some sort of explanation, I'll probably add that after the Jam ends. Also, just as you mentioned, its possible to beat the game without really understanding it completely, the idea was to scale difficulty little by little so players would get a chance to figure our how it worked slowly, but I just was not able to manage my time correclty and ended up having to shorten everything up.
Thank you for being kind enough to always have something nice to say, not only about my game but other people's games as well. I got to play a lot of fun entries by watching your stream.
I love Bloop so much he is super cute and also the cover art is adorable!
I'm all for sound effects they can really elevate a game but the walking sound was a little too repetetive. Maybe add some pitch shift to it to break up the monotony!
The concept of color shifting was super interesting and having to go back a level is super clever. I feel there is still a lot of design space to explore with that concept!
Thank you for the nice comment! I 100% agree with you about the one and only sound effect, I think the pitch changing idea sounds good and maybe I'll try it when the Jam is over. Thanks again for playing!
Such a cute artstyle and the puzzles are actually really clever, you should make a full version with more levels in the future because the idea of going to previous levels in order to solve the puzzle is a great concept 👌
bloop my beloved... what a cute game!! i really love the concept with the color switching, and everything feels super cohesive. amazing work on this <3!!
Nice Job, I think the going back and forth with the colors was a fun idea !!
Really fun little puzzle, had me hooked!
The character moves smoothly and all the game mechanics are well done from what I can tell.
And the character is so cute! 😍 I would love to play a full game version of this and let him solve the puzzles on his way.
Thank you for the experience!
Well done on all the assets! Neat take with the color switching
I like the colormap feature it's pretty cool, I like how straight forward the game is!
Really nice, the "colormap" mechanism is really clever.
I really like this! Such a fun idea with the colour switching. Would love to see how far you could take the idea with more time
