"WHAT DO THE NUMBERS MEAN, MASON?!"
This game really needs a tutorial.
It doesn't have to be in the game; just a paragraph on the itch page to explain the UI and goal.
The very first comment explains what the numbers mean. We already have an update ready, we were just waiting for the jam to end before releasing it, in the spirit of honesty.

I like how you interprute the idea of *Loop* with bloodstreams in body! And the celling movement with heartbeat on phone was so good and realistic so i feel relaxed. I think it would be good game for mobile!

Hey everyone! Thanks for checking out our game! Just a few tips to help you get started:
Corona Viruses: Collect 10 to trigger mitosis and spawn a new ally!
Platelets: Pick these up and press the space bar for a speed boost.
Bacteria: Steer clear of them to avoid taking damage.
Red Blood Cells: Red cells will heal you, but blue ones are depleted and won't restore health.
