i tried my best to understand the color patterns and got past three level until i got to one where there were only 3 colors but it still required an extra color to complete and couldn't figure it out. if there are clues or hints within the game maybe a hint button could help with this.

Developer

Thank you so much for the feedback! I’ll be updating the game and exploring ways to add a hint system.

Watching it gradually morph is cool, and that pixel art hits the spot.

Thank you! 😊 I’m glad you liked it. Here’s the asset pack I used: https://kenney.nl/assets/pico-8-city

Ngl I'm pretty confused about what clues I'm supposed to be interpreting and feel like I'm missing something. Are the positions/contents of the chests related to the color sequence? I'm currently just going off of the colors shown to me for the level and using trial and error for the number & order of presses

I truly think this may be more of a me issue than a game issue 😅

Developer

Thank you for the feedback! :) The chests themselves aren’t part of the sequence, so focusing on the color pattern is the right approach.

I realized I missed adding a tutorial to the game, so I’m thinking of including one in a future update.
