I felt bad that there is no average score, because some teams aimed for all categories, not just one. So I just scrapped the results page and made a table. I agree with Mark that "Overall" is questionable, but I still think "Average" is a valuable score, so I decided to share it.
I love the artstyle (and I'd like to go with Mrs Viperez).
Even if the story was quite simple, the limited choice unfortunately reflect the reality of a lot of people with addiction...
Yes I’m even marveling at the art(I’m the developer of the game). The artist did an amazing job, and that is even an understatement! Yes I agree, a very simple message but a very real world problem that needs attention.
I’m sure Mrs. Viperez would appreciate that! Though, I believe she might be with sssssomeone!
Cool game! Very dialed-in with the artstyle :)
Thank you!! The art was a lot of fun to draw!
Wow! Marvelous music, impeccable art style and a very nice premise. I'm just more of a fan when games have an actual ending. I ended up playing until a million in approx. 150 turns and then just hit "roll the dice" to see what happens when you lose, but that is really just my preference that is speaking here.
Thank you so much! The game does have an end, but it's random. It can take a few turns or several turns to get (I completely understand, though, as I wanted to implement a more sure ending, but due to time constraints, I ran out of time). Congrats on your newfound riches!
I LOVE the art style so, so much!! Animation looks so smooth. It is just sooo cute awwww (I hesitated when choosing between a Mastune Hiku figure and all other options I love the narrative style also hahah)
Oh thank you!! We super appreciate your feedback! As the resident artist I had a lot of fun drawing our game! ALSO I completely understand if you picked the Hiku figure!
Very moody nice graphics and perfectly fitting music. GREAT!
And super nice story telling with he dialogues.
I understand that this is a jam game, so you are probably aware of the following but due to time constrains it was not possible to make:
- I would have wished to actually see the dice when they hit, not just in the text box.
- I wish there was some effect which visualizes the bad numbers and snake biting me: e.g. slow down and wush bite.
- The history has a lot of space between events. Removing would be nice.
- I love the graphic style. A minor thing would be to as well make the boxes the UI in the grayon style of the drawings.
Overall. Wow. Great for a jam game!
Thank you so much for playing! We really appreciate the feedback! We’ve taken note of the elements we’d like to update and will definitely do our best to implement them in the future!
This game deserve way more attention!! The ambience, the art, the narrative, it's very good!!
Oh thank you!! We really appreciate your kindness! So happy you enjoyed it!
The game is really beautiful, the art style is really great and it makes me want to see more. And for the story too, it's intriguing and makes me want to see if our character will finally be able to remember and what will happen then
Thank you so much for your kind words! We are constantly thinking about the narrative and we definitely want to expand our game to have a story mode!
Interesting novel!
The art is very nice, you have a good style!
I'm not very familiar with Ren'Py, so I don't know what these hints on the top left mean. At first I thought that these were unlockable dialogues for the next playthrough. But do I understand correctly that these are just side comments from the main character?
For some reason I thought that in the next game, the next cycle, we will know and remember more, so the plot will somehow develop more, and I will be able to influence the outcome of the game in some other way.
The music sets a very pleasant atmosphere. The overall artistic design - my respects!
Hi, thank you for playing our game! Yes in Ren’Py, which is basically a library of Python used to create Visual Novels, there is a built-in notification feature that can be used in game for like achievements, etc. Yes you’re correct, in fact the notifications in our game is the character’s (Lupen) way of remembering the events that are unfolding in the casino and the characters’ inner thoughts. We definitely wanted to expand on this feature, such as saving his memories as achievements and using them when you replay the game to remember and recall certain events, but simply put, we ran out of development time (I’m also new to Ren’Py). We hope to implement more features in the future!
I see! I aimed for a larger scale and also didn't have time to do a lot of things :D Would like to see continuation if you plan to update it
Very creative concept!
Thank you!! So happy you enjoyed it!
The visual are lovely definitely my fav aspect, the mysterious casino is really intriguing! but I never managed to get my miku figure 😪😪
We’re so happy you enjoyed our visuals! Hopefully in the future we can implement a shop in which you can finally have your figure!
I'd love to come back and play 😋
The art style is amazing! I love the whole vibe of the game, the music and visuals really work well together.
Thank you! We love that you enjoyed it so much! The composer really nailed the vibe on that track!

The art in this game is phenomenal. Pulls you right in. Maybe the dice rolling could be more gamey somehow? This is a great visual novel though.
Thank you! We completely agree! We will do our best to add much more to it in the future!
Heartwarming visuals! I didn't expect a visual novel :)
I wish there was a way to skip the dialogue after the first playthrough, or more options adding to add layers to the loop.
That said, I got stupid rich! This is a 10/10 casino, NOT rigged x)
Congrats on the submission!
Thank you so much for playing! We’re so happy you enjoyed it! We completely agree with your comment and will definitely have that implemented in the future! 😁
