This is a really fun concept, it reminded me of a classic arcade game that you might find and spend way too much time trying to get a new highscore on! Feel like there's a lot of potential to continue work on a concept like this!

Nice Jam Entry!  I personally would rather have "switch directions" on another key (maybe spacebar) but that's kind of my fault for playing on a laptop. The levels seemed to ramp up pretty fast, and it seems like you can survive just by bursting down the boss when he shows up. But you added a lot of stuff within the jam timeline! Nice work!

The shooting felt really good, and the simple concept allowed for interesting upgrades. Nice job! 

Simple theme take, awesome execution!

Too hard, didn't get to see any upgrades as I kept dying before 1100 score :) But very snappy, I especially enjoyed shooting to the rhythm.

Really nice twist to your usual asteroid/space games. My cursor disappeared after I died for the first time just to let you know.

After I died the "boss"(I think) sound continued to play, but other than that I couldn't find any bugs. Great Game!
