How does your game fit the theme?
The main character receives a same package that was sent to her over and over and later found out that she is the one who sent the package to herself too. In the end everything return backs to the start because turns out she is the cause of the misfortune she is facing (the loop continues).

I felt bad that there is no average score, because some teams aimed for all categories, not just one. So I just scrapped the results page and made a table. I agree with Mark that "Overall" is questionable, but I still think "Average" is a valuable score, so I decided to share it.
Well made!
Never Thought of the curse giver goonna be her
I loved this, 5/5 Narrative, I loved the loop back to the start at the end of the story.
The way the home screen changes and the timekeeper remembers your previous game when you start it again is an awesome meta detail. That the timekeeper's powers transcend even runs of the game.
[Spoilers]
As a way to improve this already great game, maybe you could give the player a bit more of an ability to make choices that effect the story e.g. defying the timekeeper repeatedly or refusing to give the curse to your past self could break the cycle.
[No more spoilers]
Great to see that I wasn't the only one using python for the game jam either (your code looks a lot nicer than mine haha, my code quality always goes downhill when I have to rush out such a short project).
WOW thank you for the comment! Ill def plan to update the choices in future! Glad to see another fellow python user in the jam hehe~!
Such nice art in the game and also an enjoyable story.
Also, I'm impressed about the saving system.
Congrats!
pretty cool story and art. loved the twist at the end there
I will give you 5 for artwork that all I can do haha so amazing.
If possible, can you please vote my game and leave a comment too?
OMG I WILL review it! tysm for the kind reviews
It felt like playing a highly polished interactive novel based on an anime or manga! Amazing polish and a great game.
Really nice how the loop was incorporated into the story. Everything ties back into itself. Normally dont play visual novels (and its rare to see one in a jam) but this one held my interest the entire time which made it nice to go through. Audio and visuals were great and complemented the gameplay really well. Tbh don't have much else to say about it its just solid
THANK YOU SO MUCH! glad you like it ><
Amazing story! The art and music are really good.
Well done!
thank you!!!!!!1
It's been a long time since I played a story-driven game. I didn't read the game's description, so when the circular structure of the plot was revealed, it felt really great. It reminded me of a similar game I played before, Remember11 (which also had a similar ingenious design). All in all, such a well-crafted story made in such a short time! Good job
Thank you so much!!!!! ><
Okay well, I am definitely not the kind of public for that game...
It felt like I was reading a book, not playing a game, had little choice in the matter...
Shame, there's a lot of QOL in the game but... I just can't enjoy it :(
Art is really sweet, the Music and SFX are on point.
Wish I could actually enjoy the game though, but I can hardly consider it as a game :(
Good luck!
The art work is top notch, The story loop is interesting!
Interesting game and cool story!
The artwork is absolutely beautiful! Story is interesting as well! It could use some more decisions, maybe some pseudo branching paths that all lead back to the same place to keep the loop going to give that feeling of hope, before replacing it with despair for our Ms. Misfortune. Though regardless that was very enjoyable! Well done!
THANK YOU SO MUCH! because we have limited time we decided not to make any branches but in the future if there is any update we will!
A narrative game is always a nice change of pace in these jams! Nice self contained loop story! Gently creepy! Like the … New Game +. lol. Good entry.
Thank you so much!! I wished to see more visual novel/ narrative story in game jams that's why i created the game in the first place :D
