Interesting game! As a few others have mentioned, it would be nice to have a benefit to releasing fish if there's a button for that, and I also think the fishing minigame might benefit from going back and forth a few times so that I'm not just guessing the speed each time I get a bite. Overall though, it's a cool idea with nice art that was really fun to play for a few minutes. Nice job!

How does your game fit the theme?
My game is based on fishing using necromancy as a twist, you catch fish and you either reap there souls for souls to upgrade items, constant loop of fishing!

Thank you for taking the time to check this out
The release mechanic seems to be a bugged because the reoccuring events is bugged, you are meant to have curses and blessing. So I do apologize for that. I'm going to put more time into this game and release an update after the game jam is finished with all bugs fixed and updated stuff :)
I like the art style! (Though there are some annoying mixels and it does feel a little de-saturated) I think the fishing minigame needs some work, since it gets a bit repetitive and boring since it's just the speed of the reeling that changes, some fish having special abilities would also be cool.
Cool fishing game. Kinda wish there was a benefit to releasing fish, like maybe they help capture some of the harder ones. I don't know, but the concept of necro fishing is a fun idea.
I really like the vibe and concept. It gets a little hard with some of the fish that zip to the end of the fishing bar, but it sounds like that might just be a bug. Either way, really cool!
Chill vibes, fishing in space. Is there a reason to release fish instead of reaping them?
Ooh this game has such a cool vibe. The art, sfx and music all go wonderfully together! The only thing I noticed was that the rarer fish were very hard to catch because of how fast the slider goes--I assume that's part of the difficulty but I wonder if that mechanic would have benefitted from being able to go forth AND back, just once to give the player another chance. Other than that, really fun!
Cute little incremental game. I was a bit confused about the option to release, because I'm not sure what exactly the curse is? Though after a while the reel went insanely fast. It's just that I didn't have visual feedback on whether I was cursed, or how much.
there is a bug with the event system, i didn't notice it til last minute, a prompt is suppse to appear at the soul counter that tells you what your curse is and the release mechanic takes away a percentage of that, the minigame is meant to be upgraded with the upgrades and that percent gets slower over time. Thank you for checking out the game. I really appericate the feedback
I love the art style and direction with the serene music and the minimalist palette….
I really love this concept of fishing necromantic constructs out of an abyss. Definitely deserves more exploration. Congrats on the game, and thanks for submitting to the stream. VOD here.
