Love the visuals, and the mech movement feels great. The levels ups were nice and impactful, making big changes to how you played.

Would have liked to see a little more going on with the level and maybe a bit more enemy variety, but I still overall feel like this was really good.

Great work, well done.

Yeah, we planned on more enemies. 3 versions of the big guys with different weapon types, but as usual no time. The level I also had obstacles on the checklist where stuff like pillars and things would change between rounds, again no time.

This game is really good!
Visuals are really cool, everything feels consistent, cohesive and colorful. Animations work really well in every character. Music fits well to the game's pace. Controls are responsive and intuitive. The experience is so satisfactory because it's full of juice and effects. The upgrade system is so clever and allows the player to create a strategy, every try feels different to the last thanks to that. 
In my experience, this game was flawless, you did an excelent work and created something really enjoyable. You can keep building on this idea adding more and more of what you currently have and the results would be incredible.

I would recommend disabling input or something when the round ends, I kept clicking powerups instantly as soon as the round ended because I was mashing left click lmao

when you say clicking powerups do you mean the level up upgrades where you select one of three or the ones that spawn on the ground?

The level upgrades, they appear instantly.

oh I see what you mean, since they pop up instantly they’re easy to click on since you’re clicking the attack button. 

The attack button can be held. Should’ve put that in the controls section.

I like the low poly visuals, and while there is not much variety of effects, they are good enough.

Only real issue I would point for controller users is to be able to pick upgrades with the controller, at least with just a button, since I did had to grab the mouse again and again just to pick another upgrade 10 seconds later.

And also, I am grateful for the small countdown right after picking an upgrade, so you can get ready again, not that many games do so.

I added the controller input last minute since it’s easy in unreal, but forgot to implement it controlling UI or at least the mouse with right stick or something.

I had to add the countdown since I condensed the game a lot. The rounds were taking too long and the player wasn’t leveling up fast enough to deal with the increasing enemies. The leveling ended up so frequent I had to put a countdown.
