Hi, to activate those switches you need to perform a falling kick, press Space + Left Shift while in the air. Crania will extend her leg which should reach the switches.

I don't understand, how should I use that falling attack with extremely short attack range and light up those switches despite being blocked by those cages?

It should work. Make sure you're making the extended leg version by holding Left Shift while doing it (Left Shift + Space while in the air)
