I like the setup here, and this then incorporates an interesting combination of sandbox-y objectives with the main progressing timeline. The situation reads like it will become hectic and deadly by hour six! This could make for a very intense session of play. Nice work!

I like how pressure builds. I can see this working well for a one-shot (maybe with Pirate Borg). Great details and the sandbox style works well, I like the different directions the adventure can take.
This looks like a fun game to play. The timeline should keep things moving along, chivving up those players who take time over their decisions. Lots of clear explanations for the DM is really helpful.
