The characters were fun and interesting. I really enjoyed the read. Some interesting background stuff too, left me wating more.

Cool!  Great character development.  I feel like Stopheles and Pikit could become iconic characters in the universe.  I want to know more.  Will they acquire the energy needed to power the elf ship?!

Yay Rats! Loved this one. The appearance of the inquisition was a little out of nowhere but then again, surprise is their chief weapon. I am in love with our protagonists however and want to read more about their adventures!

You had me from the first sentence.  Talk about creating a sense of place.   You write with vision, heart, and humor.   Thank you for putting your reader right there with you.  What a pleasure, I'm eager to read your next book!

The characters were a joy to read and the worldbuilding you did here really made the scene, and greater universe, feel lived in. Good work!

The characters come out really well and the ending is a twist. Really well written.

I liked this a lot. Partway through, I found myself wishing this was just the wholesome tale of an unlikely tutelage. While I like your swole rat ending, I wonder if it would have been even stronger if it was simply about a friendship between two unlikely companions. Very charming.

Oh no, the swole rate is my new spirit animal. Praise be to the swole Rat!

This one was an enjoyable read - the beginning of the story is very deliberately paced and very characterful. I was enjoying it so much, in fact, that Lucena's appearance felt very jarring and shook me out of the story. Just a little foreshadowing sprinkled through the first 2/3 of the piece would go a long way towards making the ending feel more "earned".

Good to know! Thanks!

You understood the assignment and executed it well.  I loved your world-building.  My main criticism would be that some of the adjectives/adverbs you have chosen feel out of place as descriptors. Overall, though, good work, and good luck.

Life changing! Feels like the show Arcane. Beautiful master peace.
