  • This is a beautifully designed space! The new art integrated well with existing assets. The brick buildings with neon glows gave that indicative sci-fi feel, but that addition of the stained glass windows, galaxy background, and the upper observatory deck in the tall building also made it feel like Nova Station. In addition, the placements of existing sprites was fun and clever. Wallop dipping in and out was cute, and Toto and Leland’s idle animated silhouettes in the cantina was a great touch and gave the city a sense of life independent of what I was doing. If you’d like more feedback, feel free to reach out on the Cryptic Conservatory discord linked on the jam page!
  • A gorgeous addition to Nova Station! I love how the art here matches both the assets provided and the jam overall. There are so many cool details in the platforming level, like Wallop running around and the characters in the bar. This was such an interesting area to explore, and well worth taking further.

I liked the platforming sections! It was a different experience compared to all the other entries.

This was really polished, and I loved seeing what you did with the characters and setting. I also really appreciated the details like the stained glass windows and the shadows moving around inside the bar. I didn't get too far into the sky because my reflexes/platforming skills are quite bad, but I enjoyed the experience, thank you!

I liked how the level is designed and the movement mechanics are very smooth.
