Well done. Awesome game. Would be awesome if you added footprints and maybe some water splashing effects.
I can imagine a variety of different locations with different targets like finding lost relics in the Egyptian sands and so on.

Omg, the game is so undertested, so many bugs, lack of information. I should teach what the numbers and sounds mean (such as gold is around 50-70, and everything under 20 with a quack sound is iron). With that information, spotting something with the 65 number will be more fun.
However, I am happy that any critical issues occur, so the game remains playable.
About the suggestions, yeah, in this type of game, sensation aesthetic is the most important thing, so the ambient sound (which I forgot to loop), footprints, splashes, etc it must have. I was thinking about creating more maps, it was in my scope, but my project got corrupted, and I lost 2 days repairing it, so I adjusted the scope ( so no more maps, no water splashes, and undertested).
You sir have created an incredible amount of playable time in this game, which is an ACTUAL SIMULATOR, which could be with more work very well released commercially on Steam in my opinion. This and BoomCorp are this year's breakout stars, and honestly it's a shame you are not competing for the top spot head-to-head, but hey that's the reality of simulator games - they're niche af. Nice little metal detector simulation, could easily spend far to long playing this as I tend to get obsessed with getting all the upgrades in these type of games....lol
Just watched the trailer and gonna try it out soon. Gonna have to say that this game has the potential to become one of those niche simulation games where people love doing something in a game when they would never do in real life
This game can be played for hours. You can cheat by spamming "P" button then go to the chest and "sell all" and have some fun, but please test it first clear :D
