As a huge fan of roguelikes and mech games, I had a great time with this one. As soon as I saw the mech art + the wall of stats, you had me hooked.
As far as the gameplay, I really enjoyed the building phase, especially the heat system. I found myself having to make tough decisions on whether or not to sacrifice 1 expensive part for 2 cheaper parts or which parts should be scrapped.
Though the combat wasn't the most visually compelling, it was nice to see that it was still animated with sound effects. I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for this one in the future. Excellent work!
Thanks so much, spent much mort time trying to get the build phase working. Visually the combat's had emojis as parts as combat indicators, but I couldn't figure out exporting a font for Web that included emojis so did a last minute gutting (which takes away, as this looks much better than just letters)
Cool concept, given more time as maybe a solo project I think this could be even better.
Divertido!
There you clearly need a tutorial to understand because I put things in without really understanding.
Agree, have a [?] - Help button in the corner, but it's too little too late. Thanks for checking it out :)
orginal concept, weird gamepaly :v
Didnt get heat at first and a lot happening, so it would be nice if the game would be more readable
Appreciate you taking the time to look at it. Agree the readability needs work, and Heat / Durability didn't get as much time as I wanted to make it more clear. Thanks for playin' :)
