Cool game! The flow is interesting, and I enjoyed the style.

Technical problem?: The grayscale tiles at the start look great but on one device are visually disturbing when they move. I’m not sure why. Tested on another device, they move without the hypnotic effect.

This game is really polished and fun the movement feels smooth and satisfying, with a clever use of recoil that makes controlling the character unique and engaging. The level design and progression are well thought out, and the boss fight in particular stood out as a highlight, managing to surprise and challenge without feeling unfair. The visuals and music complement the gameplay nicely, giving it a lot of personality.

Some elements could be clearer, like how the sliding blocks activate or the effective range of the gun, but those are small issues compared to how strong the core idea is. It’s a very solid jam entry that feels like it could easily grow into a full game.

What caught my attention even more is that your approach is very similar to mine we both explored movement based on the recoil of shots. Maybe you’d be interested in seeing how I applied a similar idea in a different way in my submitted game.

Definitely a great game! I think the best thing was the movement and level design, this could be definitly expanded to a full game :)

One of the most interesting games in this jam! It feels very polished, and the boss fight genuinely caught me off guard multiple times, even when I thought I was playing it safe by camping at the sides of the head. I really wish there were more levels, because this feels like a great foundation to expand on. The gun mechanics are fun, though I think adding a clearer indication of its range would make combat feel even better.

Overall, this is easily one of the best entries I’ve played. Fantastic job, be proud of what you’ve created!

I liked the movement it was very satisfying and the progression is quite smooth in difficulty.

I wish we had an indicator of the range of the gun tho.

Very cool game! I like that I can shoot to both hit targets and move in the opposite direction! Good job!

The movement is a bit wacky, especially at the boss we meet the first time, but I think it's a fun idea. The music's great, as well as the art behind it! Awesome game!

cool game, I wish it was a little easier to understand how the sliding blocks activate though. Sometimes I shoot right on top of them but they don't activate. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I like the drifting art especially when you brake it looks nice.
