Even if there is no desktop version, at least html5 code. I really want to be able to play it offline (and archive it).

Downloadable versions of the files aren't directly available, you'll need to use a tool to extract them.
Is there any recommended tools? I writed my own on Node.js, but it only worked for modern v8. Luigibonus's server is returning 403.
