I like the idea, but I wish turning was a bit faster… I managed to get tot the third checkpoint, but it was really difficult, and I just wanted to turn, as most death happened while I hit the hills in front of me, rather than Barry falling over, but overall a fun game and a completely unique take on the theme
I loved the concept and the art was really good. It was a little bit of a rage inducing game for me sadly.
I've never seen such a cute rage game before, well done!
A few notes: The web version didn't work for me. When I downloaded the windows file, the controls didn't work until I enabled cheat mode, then I was able to control Barry. I got to the 2nd checkpoint on my own but then I just wasn't able to control him well enough to get to the top - I thini with some adjustments to the controls so it's more fair to the play (can still be difficult but not impossible) it will be a great one.
I love the art, but gameplay sadly is frustrating, having a hard time understanding how to play
The art, and story were great here. The overall gameplay feel was a bit of a struggle. The amount of forward movement was to short overall. The balancing portion seemed to work out fairly well though. The rotating of the player seemed inconsistent as well. If the controls were polished up a bit more, then this would be a much more fun experience. It would still be rage inducing, but fun lol Good ground work for a game play loop that is unique!
I loved your art style and concept! The game was difficult to play since there wasn't much momentum towards the direction your tilting. Great job though!
I still can't figure out the controls but I keep coming back to it and getting a little farther every time. I like that it's punishingly hard. I'll update this comment if I ever manage to get to the second check point.
Reminds of QWOP, really hard to control and takes forever D: I loved the backstory tho, hope he gets his foot fixed!
It's cool!!!
I made this game and I think it's pretty cool :)
