The mood you have created in this game is super tranquil. Beautiful sprites and great music + SFX, it's full of life!
It took me a second to figure out how to set up the boxes, and the first one I did was by total accident! It felt rewarding to set up new plants. Fantastic work on this!
very pretty and looks like a cool idea, however i must be a complete doofus or something because i was unable to get a single box made. never found a spot where i could place the 4th tile in a square to make a slot for a flower. so i just exhausted all my cards to make a sort of sprawling shape always hoping the next one would match up somewhere, which got harder and harder to see the bigger the shape got :(
The mechanic and the feedback is pretty solids! Love the game and the puzzle! Quite simple and yet addictive to solve!
Wow. My only gripe is that I keep getting stuck; maybe having two or three tiles out at once instead of one would help? Otherwise, amazing.
This was really well done. Cozy was a good descriptor, I kind of lost myself into the game. I would love this on my phone to just zone out with. I got 7/8 flowers but plan on coming back to finish my lake garden.
Finally won, it took me much more time than I'd like to admit, interesting mechanic that requires a lot of attention, but I really liked the music and art style.

Really cozy game :). It took me a few rounds to understand it but I managed to get it on my 3rd run. 280 points! Is that good? I hope so. Anyways, there's so much polish, the ambience and music is lovely, and the design of this game while sometimes frustrating, is quite rewarding. Maybe a bit more player agency would be nice? Such as being able to swap up to two things on every card? Either way, this was a great game. Well done!
the music is the best thing ever - art is great too. I could not for the life of me figure out how to solve this puzzle though. Some animated examples maybe would have been good :)
Yes, a interactive tutorial of some kind would be best to explain the game. Or some intro-levels with a small pre-defined deck or something. Glad you enjoyed the music :)

Thanks! I thought of a few things to vary the gameplay (events, special cards) but didn't have time to implement it.
I really like it,
reminded me of Dorfromantik, and how I like such cozy puzzles.
And the idea of planting all the flowers, rather than just expanding in one direction, suits this genre very well!
The only complaint is that some of the flowers icons seem too similar.
Yes, I agree. I think the 2-Color-Restriction of the jam worked clearly against the gameplay a little bit. That, and that I decided at the beginning to go for a low resolution in combination. :)

At first I was trying to create perfect 3x3 grids and got stuck oops! Super simple yet very polished with great visuals and music to make it super relaxing but also needing some focus too! Overall great job!

The game is really cozy and relaxing. I really liked the graphics and music. I just couldn't get the flowers to bloom the first time I played, but I'll keep trying :D

This game feels like the very definition of a chill game. The sounds, the music, and the gameplay are all incredibly harmonious. After a while, it even started to feel like I was solving a puzzle. The gameplay isn’t very long-lasting and can get a bit repetitive, but overall it’s a really, really good piece of work.
