A fun simple classic whack - a - mole minigame. The sounds were immersive and fit the game very well. WELL DONE

COOL, a simple but fun game. A classic with upgrades

This was fun! The upgrade system is a nice touch, although it could use some more balancing.

The spawn chances seem broken. Once I upgraded the gold spawn chance enough, the board would always fill up with gold and nothing else, allowing me to spam click every hole.

When the shop has enough items to make it scroll, the lowest item cannot be clicked. I would guess that there's a control in front of it blocking the input.

Aside from that, I enjoyed this. Great work, especially for only 4 days!

Cool take on the critter theme! It's always neat seeing how classic games like whack-a-mole can be iterated upon with new twists and mechanics. I thought the visual presentation of everything was really strong too! I liked the audio overall, though I feel like the sound effects are too loud in relation to the music.

Nice work!

Thanka for playing.

I know sound effects are too loud, which is nkr the case on desktop export. The new godot version somehow ignores change to db when exported to web ans i didnt have the time to manually lower the wav files

Well, I could've just kept on playing this one forever. The upgrades with a downside is a great twist. I was spawning soo many hamsters.

It requires balancing, but sadly i had only 4 days out of whole game jam, maybe next time.

Big thanks for playing

Good, simple game that's executed well with a cute artstyle. Great job!

So tragic that I had to make them cry :(
Although a bit of feedback, I felt like the pop being delayed from hitting the squirrel detracted from the experience a bit. The main action and "juice" opportunity was hitting the squirrel, and delaying that makes it feel less impactful.

Great game, hope you had fun!

Classic game, well executed. It was a lot of fun and made me grin almost as much as the real life version, but I just have one question:

Why did you have to make them cry, you monster?!

Developer

Well it was You who hit them wirh hammer
