A bit of 'Continue?' at the arcade vibes to this one
The track is pretty catchy! It reminds me old arcade games, it's cool! I would suggest making more complete ending to make the track even better! Now the ending seems to be a bit chaotic, but maybe it's on purpose? Overall I like the vibe, nicely done!
Yeah, it was a bit hard to figure out what to do with the ending. I was just kinda noodling around and accidentally introduced a key change (I think?), which was a bit hard to write around. I could probably write something better with some more music theory knowledge.
Oh, I see. Yes, music theory is a necessary part. For someone who doesn't know much of a music theory, your composition is really well-made. Keep going!
Nicely composed, has a core structure and theme. However I was prepared for the melody to take an epic turn at 0:13, but it didn't quite go for that.
That's a great point! I was trying to give it a bit more oomph at that part, but I probably could have done more with the melody there.
It's probably due to the effect of trying to keep songs to the 20-second limitation. Anyhow, there's really nice stuff going on in this track like the guitar, bass, right side bells etc. Nice work.
love the name of the song!
Me too!!
Hahah, thanks. I was struggling to come up with a title for a while, so I just googled "Bell related idioms", and then it came to me (:
