As I have read, this was your first game jame: So job well done. I like the simplicity, its super easy to understand what you have to do… But as others have already mentioned, sometimes I was just running around and didn’t know where I already was, so some more variation in the map would bring this game to a new level. Overall though, job very well done!

If you find the time to play our game too, I would appreciate it!

Like others have mentioned, the gameplay is simple and easy to understand and I honestly liked its simplicity, it works. I did maybe have a bug where only enemies spawned in the first level? And I was running around in circles in the 3rd one not finding a void. I think the game could use some landmarks to help remember where you have been already, but overall good job.

Developer

The enemys not spawning is mayby because the difficulty is too low they are spawn points in every level and the land mark thing i was thinking about it but i thought i better focus on other things like lerning a to make msuic

The game is quite simple and straightforward. It could definitely be supported with some extra features and visual feedback, but right now it still feels like there are a few things missing. For example, when I opened the settings menu, the game didn’t pause and I ended up taking damage and dying in the background. Overall though, it’s good especially for something like a game jam project.

I cant speak on behalf of Unity but I know in Godot there is a way to lock your tiles so they dont clip and make weird lines while you play

That aside I felt this game was pretty fun. controls felt nice and your writing was wity

Developer (1 edit) (+1)

Yeah I checked there is a way to remove these lines from tile maps thanks a lot
