Cool panoraming and delay, nice tune!
Nice bell sound mixed with deeper ocean-sounding bell, nice reverb delay and panning. Mixing's neat too.
The tape echo was a neat effect and lends the melody a sense of swing, but tbh the melody and pad harmony are rather simple and the tempo is too quick to provide this tune a relaxed feel.
