This one is pretty fun! Bravo! Shame about the engine overheating bug in the first level, but I was able to get past it during my second playthrough.
I encounter the known bug: stuck at level 2. Do I have to do something to troubleshoot or avoid this? I really want to play this because the concept is interesting.
Regardless, my feedback for now is the GUI and sounds are designed well. I love that mystery of the unknown vibe I felt while playing, really fits the narrative. Even with the game-stucking bug, good work.
Try to keep the lever bar from going halfway in the tutorial and you should be able to continue playing. Unfortunately, I ended up leaving part of an old tutorial that warned you when the bar was above halfway to teach you about the mechanics and the game ends up freezing. ..I'm glad you liked the concept and I plan to polish and fix it in the future. ( ´ ▽ ` )ノ
No way, bro. Don't do this to me. 😭 I am near Day 21. It got stuck again after I turn on the ship, the rotating right lever.
Suggestion: add upgrades for increasing capacity/duration of left lever, and cooling down efficiency so it recover faster. Also some alert sound when left lever is near max capacity.
No way 😭 The first thing I'll do when the jam is over is fix this bug (ಥ﹏ಥ) suggestion noted, thank you for playing!
i like the illustrations for the "gods", very cool
Thanks! xD I tried to follow a "Darkest Dungeon" style for them
Really enjoyed playing! hope to see more updates in the future
Glad you enjoyed it! I will try to bring more updates and balance to the game. ( ´ ꒳ ` )
I will be so glad to play ;D good luck
I love the music. It was a bit hard to focus on bought the text and the gameplay, and i didn't like that you had to do the tutorial again every time you lost. here is a video of me playing:
Unfortunately I didn't have time to add a continue or skip button, so I apologize for that :/. I'll keep updating the game and will add this in the future. Thanks for playing!
Nice game got to a point where my lifesteal and the spikes were so strong I could just tank all the damage and didnt even have to move, constructive criticism: I would enjoy it more if the diferent types of enemies would behave diferently from eachother not just speed and size, I love the idea with the radar just the lever was a bit hard to use I sometimes left it close to turning of but not quite and that is frustrating
I really wanted to add several more types of monsters to the game, unfortunately I ended up not having time to add several things and balance skills due to lack of time. (╥﹏╥) I'm currently working on a list of things that will be included in future updates. Thank you for playing! (*´▽`*)
I always enjoy a good eldrich-themed game, turned out lovely! As a person with severe skill issue, I wish there was a way to skip the tutorial I see each time I die lol, but overall I really enjoyed the game, great job!
I'll try to add a tutorial skip button in the future, thank you! (*´▽`*)
Hey, It seemed like a pretty good concept, kind of with incremental vibes (I did recognize the reference in the lever thing that you rotate) but after the tutorial the game got stuck on doing nothing. During the tutorial I only did as it said, and mainly changed the radars. Is there a way to ignore this bug and give the game a go?
Sorry about that, I spent hours trying to fix that with no avail :/ I'm trying to figure out the real cause, but most people who tried it said they had no problem if they didn't let the radar bar go halfway up the first night. I'm glad you liked the concept, after the jam is over I'll fix the bug and add a lot more mechanics that I didn't have time to implement. ( ̄▽ ̄)b
sounds good! looking forward to it!
