This will really need a level selection page, I think I got stuck at level 5 or 6. Anyway, it is a good puzzle game with good level design. The mechanics has potential to scale. Since we are on a paper boat, a directional wind zone that can push the boat to a direction would be add more depth.
The pixel arts are charming too but some things are too tiny for me. The water plop sound is cute, and I wish there is peaceful music or ambience to fill the silence. Regardless, you did good.

Quite fun and engaging! works really well, and the distance between the rock and the shrimp, and its relation to the speed boost is very well balanced. The levels are also quite well designed and the ramp in difficulty is very well carried out! Congrats
